Không ăn cá kho, cá nấu canh, cá nấu lẩu nữa, hôm nay làm món cá tẩm bột nướng giòn đi chứ nhỉ. Thịt cá phi lê được tẩm một lớp bột mì, giòn rụm bên ngoài, bên trong thịt cá ngọt, đậm đà dùng làm món mặn ăn với cơm. Món này chấm cùng nước tương, tương ớt đều ngon hết ý.
Bật trước lò nướng ở 350 độ F. Cá phi lê rửa sạch, thấm khô. Trong một cái tô, trộn đều bột mì đa dụng, bột ớt, muối, tiêu, dầu lại với nhau. Nhúng cá vào sữa tươi, sau đó nhúng qua hỗn hợp bột, lặp loại khoảng 2-3 lần để bột bám đều quanh cá.
Lót giấy nến lên khay nướng. Xếp cá lên trên, bạn nhớ chừa khoảng cách cho cá chín nhé. Nướng trong khoảng 20 phút là cá chín.
